Sharon is a retired criminal defense attorney, inspiring speaker, passionate educator, and one of the most sought-after transformational coaches for women navigating love, loss, and conscious dating.

After ending a 17-year marriage where she felt lonely, invisible, and unworthy of deep love, Sharon chose herself. She healed. She did the inner work. She rebuilt her self-worth from the ground up — and then she did something brave: she re-entered the dating world, this time as a woman who finally knew what she deserved.

That journey — through divorce, self-discovery, online dating, and ultimately meeting and marrying the love of her life — is the lived foundation of every program Sharon teaches.
